Child human rights -Child right- Rights of the child . 
He are discussed  rights , rights of child ,, child labor,  convention of the rights of the child and child law .

  There are five  core child  human rights convention that have reference to Child human rights .These convention says  that Child have the same basic general human rights as adults and also specific child rights that recognize  special needs of the child.

The five   Child human rights given by child law are: 1 the International convention law on Civil and Political  human Rights of the child;  2.the International convention law on Economic Rights of the child, Social  Rights of child and Cultural Rights of the child; 3 the  human Rights  Convention law against Torture of the child and other Cruel Treatment  to child; 4 the International  human Rights Convention law on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination  to the child; and 5 the  human Rights Convention  law on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women  and child. Among other human rights law found  in these Convention , the Rights of the Child is shared with basic general human rights for adults. But Convention on the rights of the child give  specific child human rights that recognize  special needs of the child.

 All human rights , law prohibit any discrimination—distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference—in the provision, protection and promotion of rights of child. In other words, everyone of the child has the human rights in these convention, irrespective of their race, sex, religion, national origin or any other trait. The Race Convention of human rights wholly prohibits discrimination based on race, national origin or ethnicity and outlines steps that governments must take to end it including the child. The Women’s Convention of human rights  likewise calls for an end to discrimination, based on sex, and outlines specific areas of life in which women and child must be treated equally in order to eliminate discrimination. These 5 human rights  convention law  give  child Right to life ,Right of detained child to be treated with dignity .

  The Convention on the Rights of the Child specifies that child in above situation for adults including  child must be treated in a way that takes  age of the child into account.

The Convention on the Rights of the Child discuss  special Child human rights  to freedom of thought, special Child human rights to conscience and religion (law 14) ,special Child human rights to freedom of opinion and of expression ( law 13): special Child human rights to adequate standard of living (law 27): special Child human rights to health and health services (law 24): special Child human rights to education (law 28) etc

The Convention on the Rights of the Child was the first instrument to incorporate the complete range of international human rights for child— including civil human rights for child, cultural human rights for child, economic human rights for child, political  human rights for child and social human rights for child as well as aspects of humanitarian law for child.

The laws of the Convention of the Rights of the Child, may be grouped into four categories of  human rights of child and a set of guiding principles. Additional provisions of the Convention of human rights of child (laws 43 to 54) discuss implementation measures , explaining how governments and international organizations  will work to ensure child is protected in his specific human rights. The full text of the Convention on the Rights of the Child  as adopted by United Nations on 20 November 1989 and is in force since 2 September 1990 is self explanatory.

Of Human Rights  : law 1 says a child means every human being below the age of eighteen.

Of Human Rights  : law 6 says State of the child  recognize that every child has the inherent right to life.

Of Human Rights  : law 7 says the child shall be registered immediately after birth and shall have the right from birth to a name, the right to acquire a nationality.

 Of Human Rights  : law 9 says State of the child  shall ensure that a child shall not be separated from his or her parents against their will.

Of Human Rights : law 12 says State of the child  shall assure to the child who is capable of forming his or her own views the right to express those views freely in all matters affecting the child.

Of Human Rights  : law 14 says State of the child  shall respect the right of the child to freedom of thought, conscience and religion.

Of Human Rights  : law 26 says State of the child  shall recognize for every child the right to benefit from social security, including social insurance.

Of Human Rights : law 28 says State of the child  recognize the right of the child to education.

Of Human Rights : law 34 says State of the child  undertake to protect the child from all forms of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse.
