South-Africa general information report.
The total number of human living in the world  of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights are about 6500 million Africa . The human  of Africa is close to 1000 million of which human of South-Africa are about 48.8 million  . South-Africa  represent broad culture of different , languages,  and lifestyles, which require human rights protection.. South-Africa represent systems of government very broad Republic. South-Africa is the small economy in Africa ..  State capital  is -Pretoria-. basic languages English, Afrikaans, Sesotho, Setswana, Xhosa and Zulu  and basic religion are Christianity, Islam, indigenous beliefs .South-Africa are failing to provide Education  free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Failing to provide. Technical and professional University for higher education  equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.. South-Africa is also failing to provide basic human rights for political stability. . Abuse of children and women are more common in South-Africa.

Right information report is that  Until 1994 South-Africa was ruled by a white minority government which was so determined to hang onto power that it took activists most of the last century before they succeeded in their fight to get rid of apartheid and extend democracy to the rest of the population.

The white government which came to power in 1948 enforced a separation of races with its policy called apartheid. It dictated that black and white communities should live in separate areas, travel in different buses and stand in their own queues.
The government introduced grand social engineering schemes such as the forced resettlement of hundreds of thousands of people. It poisoned and bombed opponents and encouraged trouble in neighboring countries. Many South-Africans remain poor and unemployment is high - a factor blamed for a wave of violent attacks against migrant workers from other African countries in 2008 and protests by township residents over poor living conditions in July 2009.

  South-Africa  has adopted Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948 and is  member state of UN human rights since   07-11-1945  .Since, all people in South-Africa are entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. These adopted human rights by South-Africa include that Slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms;  none shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment; that none shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile; Everyone in South-Africa has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit. Further :-
The Republic of South-Africa is a member of International organization founded as the Organization of African Unity to promote cooperation among the independent nations of Africa. It has ratified many UN Human Rights Conventions and thus has made binding international commitments to adhere to the standards laid down in these universal human rights documents. In as far as South-Africa has ratified the Optional Protocols for these Conventions, the inhabitants of South-Africa and their representatives are able to invoke their human rights through these bodies. All inhabitants of South-Africa may turn to the UN Human Rights Committee for violations of specific human rights..Since South-Africa is an African Union Member, its citizens and NGOs may file complaints to the African Commission on Human and Peoplesí Rights. They may also file complaints according to the European Union guidelines (on Human Rights Defenders, Death Penalty and Torture) to Embassies of European Union Member States and the Delegations of the European Commission. In cases of human rights violations by multinational enterprises, they may also invoke the National Contact Point in an OECD member state. South-Africa has joined the International Criminal Court, it may thus be called upon in case of severe crimes.

Right information report based on US Departments Reports, and Amnesty International and many local human rights activists is that implementation of declaration on many articles is mere formality and administration human rights record remained poor although there were improvements.  Human rights of child for education and human rights of women for dignity as given in declaration of human rights are repeatedly violated by police administration itself .Child human rights, Disability human rights, Housing human rights, employment human rights, Refugee human rights, Reproductive Rights, Trafficking human rights are repeatedly being violated and there is no check over it, by administration and adequate redresses system is not available. Domestic media and local human rights activists Right information report available online is that that police use of excessive force resulted in killings.
 Right information report is that  US Departments report: Violation of human rights including abuse of detainees; harsh prison conditions; corruption; official impunity; arbitrary arrest and detention; prolonged pretrial detention; interference with privacy rights and restrictions on freedom of the press, assembly, and association. Other abuses of human rights included female genital mutilation , discrimination on the basis of ethnicity and nationality, and restrictions on unions.
