Bangladesh is one of the world's most densely populated countries, with its people crammed into a delta of rivers that empties into the Bay of Bengal.
Right information report is that poverty is deep and widespread; almost half of the population live on less than one dollar a day. However, Bangladesh has reduced population growth and improved health and education. The major employer is agriculture in   Bangladesh, but it is unable to meet the demand for jobs. Thus many Bangladeshis - in common with citizens of India in the region - seek work abroad, sometimes illegally in India.   Bangladesh is trying to diversify its economy, with industrial development a priority. Overseas investors have pumped money into manufacturing and the energy sector.   Bangladesh is still poor country.
Onshore and offshore gas reserves in Bangladesh hold out some chance of future prosperity. There has been a debate about whether the reserves should be kept for domestic use or exported. Some international energy companies are involved in the gas sector.  Bangladesh came into being only in 1971, when the two parts of Pakistan split after a bitter civil war which drew in neighboring India. Bangladesh spent 15 years under military rule and people continue victim of  human rights from military ruler .Although democracy was restored in 1990, the political scene remains volatile ,people continue victim of  human rights. Political tensions have spilled over into violence; hundreds of people have been killed in recent years , violating  human rights . Attacks have targeted opposition rallies and public gatherings. Senior opposition figures have also been targeted. Concern has grown about religious extremism in the traditionally moderate and tolerant country, which found apparent form in a string of bomb attacks in August 2005. The government, which long denied that it had a problem with militants, has outlawed two fringe Islamic organizations. Bangladesh has been criticized for its human rights record, with particular concern about assaults on women and allegations that police use torture against those in custody.

Right general information report of Bangladesh; Bangladesh is the Member State of the United Nations since17-09-1974. Thus, human rights are applicable in Bangladesh since 1974.Rights of independence is mother of  all other Human rights  agreement to which all humans of Bangladesh are entitled  and include civil and political rights in Bangladesh, such as the right to life and liberty and freedom of expression. Till recently  Bangladesh has political rights abuses and violation by conflict system, people of Bangladesh has been suffering continuously human rights on this issue.During 2007, before the Day of Human Rights , the Council of Advisers of Bangladesh approved the National Human Rights Commission Ordinance 2007. Bangladesh, the Cabinet approved the order to establish the long-awaited National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) of Bangladesh, which operates as a national observatory of human rights. The National Commission of Bangladesh to ensure that any violation of rights is brought before the courts. The Bangladesh National Commission can investigate violations of human rights, but it is only empowered to resolve problems or refer them to court. This order of Bangladesh was adopted at the state of emergency is in progress.
National Human Rights Commission in Bangladesh contribute a role in the mechanism of the United Nations. We hope that this Human Rights Commission might raise their voices against human rights violations in Bangladesh and strength to be more responsible and more in line with international norms and standards of human rights . This creation of a National Commission of Bangladesh is not only a time of celebration and self-congratulation for Bangladesh people, but it is also a very crucial time with challenge of human rights- the challenge of making rights real in Bangladesh, the reduction of gap between the promise of the Universal Declaration and the performance of Bangladesh government and other actors in Bangladesh to uphold human rights in Bangladesh.
 

Right information report based on US Departments Reports, and Amnesty International and many local human rights activists is that implementation of declaration on many articles is mere formality and administration human rights record remained poor although there were improvements.  Human rights of child for education and human rights of women for dignity as given in declaration of human rights are repeatedly violated by police administration itself .Child human rights, Disability human rights, Housing human rights, employment human rights, Refugee human rights, Reproductive Rights, Trafficking human rights are repeatedly being violated and there is no check over it, by administration and adequate redresses system is not available.
