On 10 December, 1948 UN General Assembly adopted a resolution,
called the Articles on human Rights, 1948. Since it is
applicable to all UN member states, which are now 192, almost all
peoples of the world. Articles on human Rights, 1948, called the
provisions of Articles 30, involving detailed questions concerning human
rights. These Articles are intended to promote respect for rights and
freedoms of individuals nationally and internationally between the
peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories
under their jurisdiction. 30 Articles of the Articles on human

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are
endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards another in
a spirit of brotherhood.

Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this

international status of the country or territory to which a person
belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under
