United Nation common known UN is governed by 5 permanent Council
with representatives from 192 member states. These 5 permanent
Council with representatives from 192 member states are supported
by many advisory Council for specific work assignments. Human
rights Council is one of them to deal human rights issues in United
nations and submit its reports to respective permanent Council of
United Nation.
First permanent Council
The United Nations (UN) is an international organization founded in 1945,
which now has 192 member states and concerns cooperation between
Member States on diverse issues concerning international law, security, economic
development,: social progress, human rights, and :the achievement of peace in the world.
It contains multiple
5 permanent Council and many supporting Council to 5
permanent Council called specialized Council to carry out its missions.

The permanent Council is made up of all 192 Member States. This
permanent Council discuss all matter approved by other permanent
Council. All member have equal power to support a resolution.
2 The Second permanent Council of united Nation is called
Security Council .Security Council intends resolutions for peace and security.
The Security Council has 15 members from member states. The United
Nations Charter designates five Member States as permanent members
and the General Assembly elects ten other members for two-year
terms. The term of office for each member of this Council expires
on 31 December of the year indicated .
3 The third permanent Council of united Nation is called
Economic and Social Council . Economic and Social Council contributes to the promotion of economic and social cooperation and development.
All member have equal power to support a resolution. This economic
and social Council have 54 member state which are elected by
the General Assembly Council for overlapping three-year terms.
Seats on the Council are allotted based on geographical
representation with fourteen member of the Council allocated to
African States, eleven member of the Council to Asian States, six
member of the Council to Eastern European States, ten member of the
Council to Latin American and Caribbean States, and thirteen
member of the Council to Western European and other State members.
4 The fourth permanent Council of united Nation is called
International Court of Justice . Thos permanent Council
is the principal judicial organ. The International Court of
Justice (ICJ) is the principal judicial Council of the United
Nations (UN).
The Council /Court’s role is to settle, in accordance with
international law, legal disputes submitted to it by States and to
give advisory opinions on legal questions referred to it by
authorized United Nations permanent Council and specialized
Council. The Court is composed of 15 judges, who are elected for
terms of office of nine years by the United Nations General Assembly
and the Security Council. It is assisted by a Registry, its
administrative organ. Its official languages are English and French.
5 The fifth permanent Council of united Nation is called
Trusteeship Council. The Trusteeship Council is made up of
the five permanent members of the Security Council -– China,
France, Russian Federation, United Kingdom and the United States. .
The Trusteeship Council meet as the occasion required, by its
decision or the decision of President of Trusteeship Council
or at the request of a majority of members of Trusteeship
Council or the General Assembly Council or the Security Council.
On any five members of the Trusteeship Council have the right of
veto. Veto power of the member state of Trusteeship Council has
been intensely debated since the drafting of the UN Charter in 1945.
Veto power of the Member State Trusteeship Council is the creation
of Russia and the USA, two major power at the time of the creation
of various Council of the United Nations. Even now, the debate on
the existence and use of the veto power of the Member State
Trusteeship Council continues. Germany, Japan, Brazil, India, South
Africa etc. require adherence to the Trusteeship Council special
veto.
Bur So for China, France, Russian Federation, United Kingdom and the
United States have the privilege of membership in the Trusteeship
Council of the United Nations. The veto power gives the members of
the Trusteeship Council a central role in the legislative process.
By threatening a veto before legislation is passed, any members of
the Trusteeship Council can force the legislature to compromise and
pass amendments it. Otherwise it become unacceptable to the
members of the Trusteeship Council and so to United Nations.

Council is specialized Council. Secretariat Council
studies the information needed to facilitate working of united
nation and its other permanent Council and specialized Council
Human Rights Council
The Human Rights Council is an
inter-governmental body within the united nation system made up of
47 States members responsible for strengthening the promotion and
protection of human rights around the globe. The human rights
Council was created by the United nation General Assembly Council
on 15 March 2006 with the main purpose of addressing situations of
human rights violations and make recommendations on them.
One year after holding first meeting by human rights Council,
on 18 June 2007, the human rights Council adopted its
“Institution-building package” providing elements to guide it
in its future work. Among the elements is the new Universal Periodic
Review mechanism of human rights Council which will assess the
human rights situations in all 192 United Nations Member States.
Other features of human rights Council include a new Advisory
Committee which serves as the Council’s “think tank” providing it
with expertise and advice on thematic human rights issues and the
revised Complaints Procedure mechanism which allows individuals and
organizations to bring complaints about human rights violations to
the attention of the human rights Council. The Human Rights
Council also continues to work closely with the United Nation
Special Procedures established by the former Commission on Human
Rights and assumed by this human rights Council.
