has the rights to award damages. The establishment of a Court Act
to protect individuals against violations of human rights is an
innovative feature for an international convention on the rights

only international human rights law providing such a degree of
each Party protection. State can also take cases against other
States parties to the court of law, even if this power is rarely

International Human Rights Law:
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a milestone
document in the history of human rights law. .On 10 December, 1948
UN General Assembly adopted a resolution, called the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights, 1948. Since then it is
International Human Rights Law. Since this Human Rights
Law is applicable to all UN member states, which are now
192, almost all peoples of the world.
